In the left part of the testsystem there are an industrial PC, a PLC control and interfaces for controlling the reference meters, the current and voltage source and the isolated current transformers.

Industrial-PC
The ZCMT test system is operated via a built-in, high-performance DIN rail industrial PC from Beckhoff. All necessary connections for screen, keyboard, mouse and LAN are led out on the side connection panel.

PLC control
An Embedded PC from Beckhoff takes over the error calculation, the switching of the pulse outputs and the tariff relay, the measurement of the ambient temperature as well as the motor-controlled connection of the insulated current transformers.
