ZETA CII-Terminal 2022
The CII-Terminal was designed for reading CII customer interface information from Smartmeters:
- Communication with DLMS/COSEM protocol
- With / without encryption
Among others, the following electricity meters are supported:
- Landis+Gyr E450
- Landis+Gyr E350
- Landis+Gyr E570
The CII data can be read via the following interfaces:
- Optical interface
- M-Bus interface

Operating system requirements
The ZETA CII-Terminal 2022 runs on Windows 10 and requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 is automatically downloaded and installed by the setup program as needed. If this is not possible for some reason, an offline installer can alternatively be downloaded here (external link).
To install the above components, administrator rights are required.
If Windows Defender SmartScreen blocks the installation, you can continue it by clicking "Run anyway".
Notes about the license model
The ZETA CII-Terminal 2022 is provided free of charge for private use as a public version.
The following conditions apply to the public version of ZETA CII-Terminal 2022:
- If the software is used with a ZETA M-Bus Slave or a ZETA Optical Interface, it can be used without restrictions.kann sie ohne Einschränkungen genutzt werden.
- Without using a ZETA interface, the data acquisition is stopped after 10 measurement results.
- When you start the program for the first time, you will be prompted to register.
- After successful registration you will receive an activation code for the software by e-mail.
