On 4 July 2000, the company ZETA Engineering AG founded by former Landis+Gyr employees in the fields of work test engineering and hardware development.

As a service company was in the early years the focus of our activities in the areas of consulting, planning and implementation of technical and industrial projects.

Since 2004 we develop and produce 1- to 8-phase AC current, voltage and power sources for test equipment and laboratory applications.

In 2005 we realized our first TR-301 standard meter test system.

In 2006 we developed our new test platform testMate. This software is a .NET Framework application and was written in C#.

End of 2006, we entered into a partnership with the company EMPRO GmbH. The company ZETA Engineering AG acquired the majority of the capital fund of the company EMPRO GmbH.

Our new partner has been working for over ten years in the electro-mechanical production, especially in the field test equipment, plant engineering and construction. These services perfect additions the range of designing and developing test and production lines of the company ZETA Engineering AG.
